Our systems are designed by applying the Theory of Sampling (TOS): aperture geometry, cutter speed and extraction frequency are calculated to ensure every sample faithfully represents the lot. The result is a metallurgical data point that is reliable, auditable, and defensible before third parties.

Before building any equipment, we simulate flow behaviour using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools. This allows us to adjust internal geometry, eliminate dead zones and validate the hydraulic design — reducing the risk of field deviations and ensuring correct operation from day one.

Intelligence in every cut

Every system includes a control platform with a customised industrial HMI. The operator programs the cut frequency, views alarms, checks historical data and adjusts parameters in real time. Plant DCS integration is native, with standard protocols such as Modbus and OPC-UA.
